Dog Agility Class

Are you ready to have fun with your dog? Agility is a fast-paced, dog sport that is thrilling to watch, but more fun to play. We offer dog agility classes at every level of training, as well as seminars from nationally respected agility trainers and several agility events each year.

If you’re ready to play agility with your dog, put on your running shoes, and join us for one of these agility classes.

Agility I

The best agility performance starts with the good foundation. This agility class will teach you and your dog the building blocks of a successful agility career. Your dog will learn to climb ramps and run the dogwalk, go through a tire jump, climb the a-frame, take a jump correctly, and tip the seesaw.

Agility II

Prerequisite: Agility I

Once your dog understands the basic building blocks of agility—the obstacles—it’s time to start putting it together. You’ll learn about obstacle discrimination and start building your handling skills through short sequences in this follow-up agility class.

My dog and I look forward to our agility lessons here every week. We highly recommend it!

We rented the ring for agility practice. Friendly staff, great environment to work in. We will definitely be coming back! Five stars!

I sincerely enjoy connecting with my pets and they enjoy going to classes as well. My dogs get all excited when they see the “training bag” come out of hiding. We have taken many classes at Riverside including Obedience, Agility, and all-day Seminar classes. I really enjoy the camaraderie. What a great group of folks and dogs!
