About Kristy Williams CVT

Puppy Preschool Instructor

Kristy Williams is an animal lover through and through. She has spent the last 20 years in veterinary medicine and has earned her certification as a veterinary technician. Miss Williams spent three years as an animal technician for the Army, and since has worked as a technician in several departments including outpatient nurse, ICU, emergency, ophthalmology, and surgery department.

Kristy began training puppies for the Air Force in 1996 and has been helping new puppy owners ever since. She trained under a veterinary behaviorist and has run weekly puppy classes for the past 14 years. Kristy currently trains her small mix breed in the sport of agility.

When not working Kristy enjoys playing and hiking with her three dogs, Digby, a 10 year-old Labrador, Gus, a 9 year-old small mix breed, and Gronk, a 4 year-old mix breed, as well as her fiancé, Scott. She also shares her home with two very sweet cats, Simon and Mia.
