Instructor
Lauri (better known as "Lo") has been involved with dogs for over 25 years. She has been a high level agility competitor since 1994 and has enjoyed teaching agility classes and private lessons for the past 10 years. She is also teaching seminars in Northeast.

Lo shares her home with her husband George and 3 dogs. Kava, a 7 year old Australian Cattle Dog, who has earned her USDAA ADCH and AKC MACH titles (not an easy accomplishment with a Cattle Dog). In 2000, Kava and Lo were top 10 finalists at the AKC Nationals. Kava was the #1 AKC Cattle Dog in agility for the year 2000 and the # 1 Cattle Dog in agility for the Australian Cattle Dog Club of America in 2001. Kava has also appeared on Animal Planets "Pet Star".

On occasion, Lo has shown her husbands dog Reef (also an Australian Cattle Dog) while George works in Japan as a Captain of a high speed ferry. In limited showing due to George's schedule, Reef is competing in the Masters and Excellent levels.

Lo and George's recent addition to their family is a Border Collie pup named Perk.

Lo maintains a very positive approach with teaching both her human and canine students. Lo loves using the clicker to shape new and unusual behaviors, just ask to see some of Kava's tricks!!!
